Villa Alexander is a stunningly designed villa, sleeping 4-6 with private pool, garden and air conditioning. It is one of just four private villas that make up the exclusive Gennadi Hills development, offering incredible views across the traditional, picturesque village of Gennadi and out to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
The villa's spacious, split level, air-conditioned ground floor comprises a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge, separate dining area and bathroom. The two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor have their own private sea view balconies and air-conditioning. Free wifi is provided for your convenience. Outside there is a south facing private pool, secluded garden, 2 large terrace areas furnished with 6 sunbeds, umbrellas and large dining table, a traditional Greek BBQ to make the most of alfresco dining, outside shower and ample off-road parking. You can explore the living areas of the villa by clicking here and you can see the bedrooms by clicking here.
The villa is just a 2 minute (0.2kms) gentle stroll from the main square of Gennadi where there are a good range of facilities including a well-stocked supermarket with butchers counter, a fruit and veg store and a traditional bakery selling a good selection of bread as well as the most amazing cakes, pastries and, of course, baklava. There is also a pharmacy, medical centre, motorcycle hire and a small selection of gift shops within the village. For those who want to venture out for a drink and meal there are a number of bars, cafés and tavernas offering a variety of traditional Greek and other cuisines.
A further eight-minute walk (don’t worry - there are no steep hills en route!) will take you to the award-winning blue flag beach which stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions. The beach is sand/shingle and the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea is crystal clear. Sun beds and shades are available to hire at reasonable rates and you’ll also find a few tavernas which serve authentic, mouthwatering local cuisine.
