Booking

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.  

For best prices book direct, no commission or service fees

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable. 

A £150 security bond is required with the balance, this is refunded within two weeks of your departure date providing no damage has occurred. We will judge any breakages fairly (we have clumsy children too!).

• Personal cheque (confirmation on receipt of cleared funds)

Arrival time is after 4pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (late checkout may be possible dependent on availability).

Bed linen & towels are provided. The Villa is fully cleaned prior to guest arrival and for stays of more than 7 nights an interim change of bed linen/towels will be provided. Interim cleaning is available on request for a small charge.

Strictly no smoking inside the villa. Under 25's group bookings not accepted.
